“The main thing about this hotel is the views and the hot spring in room. Those were amazing and it is the main reason why you should go. The staff was very helpful and the room was decent. It is more expensive but the experience was good. Breakfast is decent and standard. Overall enjoyed the experience, perfect for a quick weekend getaway to relax with a private in room hot spring!”

“Our stay there was peaceful, quiet and lovely. I commend Ms Amy who welcomed us with her warm smile and speaks english fluently. She is very attentive, gave us advises to where we can order our food coz the place is quite a walk to convenience stores and especially 711 was like less than 15mins walk. Also she looked after us to have our breakfast in our room, then on the 2nd day updated us the timings for our breakfast in the restaurant. Also the drop off car was very quick to take us to xinbeitou metro station at the time we checked out. We took a loveroom suite, which includes a hotspring tub that might need a deepcleaning coz the tiles discoloration. Also you need to bring toothbrush, slippers and shaving kits coz they dont provide. Room service was done everyday, we get fresh towels, new tissue and clean our bathroom and I love the bed warmer which was electronic you can adjust it so we had a good sleep even you can feel the coldness from the glass window outside. The view was beautiful we stayed from the 3rd floor in our entire stay we felt so relaxed, chill and happy... Location was close by to Beitou Thermal Valley and Beitou Museum like less than 15 mins walk Good for recommending this hotel with a little improvement but our overall stay was lovely... “There were some hiccups during the stay (internet outage and A/C issues) but the employees (Manager Lin and Macy) were superb, extremely professional, and very accommodating. Their breakfast is complimentary and buffet style; the person working in the kitchen was helpful and responsive. The room’s A/C malfunctioned and Manager Lin and Macy were quick to put in a request and call maintenance crew, which took a couple hours to resolve. Further, when the dining area was getting warm due to malfunctioning A/C, manager Lin and Macy jumped in to help by bringing in fans etc. Would return because Macy and Manager Lin are 10/10.”

“Perfect quite, calm,cosy hotel. very eco-style, spacy rooms, great hot spring tub, decent design, what we liked even more about it - small private Sauna just in the room. very enjoyable. reception, staff, polite and friendly, even i speak Chinese most of the time my wife told me staff speak very decent English (its still pretty rare for Taiwan. after check-out i left my car at their parking(parking also very convenient) and had a small run&hike around the area , its amazing”
